More on Stir Frying: Green Vegetables and Tofu

The same cooking technique of stir frying that you have just learned on spinach can be applied and refined to other green vegetables as well -- spinach happens to be the easier ones to cook by stir fry, and you'll get healthy, great-tasting vegetables. Here are some more examples for you to try.
Other green vegetables, and tofu.

Stir fried tofu

For your tofu lovers, stir fried tofu is an easy dish if you have your outdoor stir fry stove. Here's how.
Add oil (about 3 tablespoons).
Add sliced ginger root and garlic.
Place tofu cubes into frying pan. Be careful about hot oil that may splash out of the hot frying pan.
Initially, the tofu looks like this.
Turn the tofu over to fry the other side.
About 30 seconds later under the intense heat, the tofu starts to look brownish. It's almost done!
The final product looks like this (after adding quickly stir fried sliced green onions on top) ... Crispy and tasty on the outside, soft and warm on the inside.
