Ingredients: Pumpkin 3/4  Lb, cooking oil (2 tablespoons).

Spices: Salt, water.

Start the outdoor stir fry stove. Follow the instructions to hook up the stove and the propane gas tank, and start the fire. Place the wok or frying pan over the flame. Wait a few seconds till the water (if there is any) in the wok or frying pan has evaporated under the heat.

Cook:

cut off pumpkin skins. remove seed section.  Cut the rest into thin slices.

Start the stove and add cooking oil.
Add in the pumpkin slices.
Adjust the stove to give power comfortable for stirring.
Continue to stir such that each slice receive enough heat.
Add salt to taste.  Stir.
Now with enough heat received to the slices, add water.
Try to spray evenly to the entire wok surface.  You can see the water vapor coming out.
Stir.
If it is too dry, add more water.
